About Nath

Nathalie Thengius is an artist from Sweden. She now lives in the southern part of Sweden, in Landskrona, but she originally comes from the lower middle part of Sweden, Södertälje. Nathalie is an autodidact painter and makes a living of her art, and she also works as an illustrator and has regular assignments.

She has her art studio in Landskrona, in the local townhall, together with several other active artists.

 

 

 

Artist Statement

Venturing through mist-shrouded forests and rugged terrains, I delve into the very essence of Scandinavian nature. Capturing moments of serenity and dynamism, where time appears suspended, and boundless adventures beckon.

My artistic journey aspires to fuse the splendor of the past with the boundless visions of tomorrow. Beyond merely portraying images, I seek to evoke a sense of wonder, peace, and fascination in the beholder. I hope to be able to create a place within my motives, that the viewer can relate to and find comfort within.
